Stickers will be available for you to wear to show if you wish to speak or not.
Quiet space available in the venue. It is a room leading from the hall. It is dark so I will bring lights.
I consider the environment to be a low sensory stress. It is on a side road and next to a car park so there is some traffic noise, but this is not much. The lighting is all new, and may be switched off during day light if needed. There will be no cooking smells apart from the smell of the buffet which will arrive ready prepared. Entrance and flooring is on one level, there are handles available on the wall in the main corridor. There are large windows in the studio where we will be meeting.
