We have put together a fantastic ‘Murder in the Library’ day of author talks, local history and children’s events on Saturday 15 June at Reading Central Library.
10am: Terry’s Reading Crime Walk. Starting point Three Guineas at Reading Station. Pre-booking essential. £5 per ticket
10.15 – 11.15am: Reading Gaol by Mark Stevens. £5 per ticket
12pm – 1pm: Things in Jars – Costa winning author Jess Kidd talks about her latest book. £5 per ticket
2pm – 3pm: Getting into Crime Writing with Deborah O’Connor & Kate Helm. £5 per ticket
Children’s Events
11am – 12.30pm: Crime and Punishment interactive children’s workshop. £4 per child (accompanying adults free). Suitable for ages 8-11. No younger siblings.
1pm – 2.30pm: Crime and Punishment interactive children’s workshop. £4 per child (accompanying adults free). Suitable for ages 8-11. No younger siblings.
ALL DAY: Children’s Activity – Can you solve our Hangman Puzzle? Free event.
