New beginners Tai Chi Class from Berkshire Tai Chi
This new 8-week Introduction to Tai Chi programme will provide an insight into traditional Chen style Tai Chi Chuan for those with no previous experience; either of Tai Chi in general or of Chen style in particular.
You will be introduced to the origins, principles and practices of Tai Chi, and you will make a start on the Chen family form (which is widely considered to be the original style of Tai Chi). This is a set sequence of moves for balance and power which have to be memorised and which represent the basis of all subsequent training.
The classes are suitable for a range of ages and fitness levels.
