What does it mean to be a man or a woman? Is gender innate or is it nurtured?

Kit is in an amusing and unique position having transitioned from female to male in his early thirties. He has experienced adult life on both sides of the gender fence. When he enters a male gym changing room for the first time, he’s confronted by masculinity in all its forms – the good, the bad and the ugly.

Critically acclaimed Rhum and Clay, join forces with writer and director Kit Redstone to present this refreshingly honest physical theatre comedy. Together they explore, with a healthy dose of dark humour, the path that we all have to take when forging an identity.
